    Garrett/AiResearch T3 Turbo (Good Shape)

    name-jamal
    location-NC
    contact-pm or text 3364572148
price-$115 + shipping. willing to hear any offers for trades on parts, (xbox 360 or catch can + cash)

Up for sale is a Garrett/AiResearch T3 Turbo.

I just purchased this turbo on another forum after being told it was a 60 trim, turns out its not, its 50 trim. I need a 60 trim and the guy will not refund my Paypal for it, and will not work out a deal, so I am going to try and sell it before going the dispute route. I paid $160 for this turbo just the other day and have the Paypal receipts if you want to see proof.

Good:Condition is excellent, previous owner had it rebuilt by Frank at Xtreme Boost of Orlando, FL..There is absolutely NOOO shaft play, this thing is solid and spins great. No compressor or turbine wheel damage AT ALL! This turbo is capable of 275-325whp on various Honda setups or any car for that matter, good working turbo!

Bad:The exhaust housing has a hairline crack in it, across the exhaust dump hole, after speaking with a couple turbo rebuild shops, this is NORMAL condition for older model T3s and will not cause a problem in performance and spool or power. The previous owner stated it was from hitting the turbo with a hammer trying to clock it. Dont believe me, call around to some turbo repair shops...Dont waste my time arguing with me about whether this affects the turbo or not...

    Specs are...
Garrett/AiResearch Brand (AiResearch casting mark shown in picture below)
Standard T3 4 bolt manifold flange
    T3 5 bolt downpipe flange
Externally gated (can be internally gated if you buy a flange for swingvalve)
50 trim compressor wheel (upgraded 50 trim wheel). Polished housing.
Stage 1 exhaust wheel (.48A/R WILL SPOOL QUICK!)
Oil and watercooled, but thats up to you if you want to water cool it too.
No shaft play at all, new studs in the exhaust side ready for the downpipe!
Will include T3 manifold flange gasket with it!

I have no problem letting you see this in person to see how good shape the shaft and center section is!

Bump if you read this post, I have plenty vouches in the turbo game if need be. I dont sell junk turbos.

Hard to see in the picture above, but in the center is the cast "A" trademark of AiResearch..
