Cleaning out the parts bin and came across this. It is the old school Apexi Rev/Speed meter. Like the name says it will measure and display RPMs and speed (if you have cruise control) and can determine various things such as 0-100km/h, 0-200km/h, etc.
One very useful thing it does is trigger an output at a specified RPM or speed. Need something to trigger your methanol injection at 3900+ RPM, no problem. Want to switch on your radar detector at 70 and above, done deal.
It is used and does have the usual scuffs and scratches, so don't expect something brand new.
Asking $45, which is probably less than any other method of getting a speed or rpm dependent output trigger.
