People should really consider getting a few sets for what ever injectors you have. Crazy how much nicer the seals and orings are new than anything I had, including a set of fairly recently rebuilt rx7 injectors.

Injector cleaning service!

I feel that I am finally ready to offer injector cleaning services to the members of Clubprotege, after spending some time learning to use the machine and trying different sets of injectors with it. Due to some limitations on my end and limitations of my machine, some things need to be noted:

1: I only have a very small stock of injector service parts, so full service can only be offered on certain injectors, which are anything I already offer kits for.
2: Due to the limitations of my machine, I will not be able to get accurate flow data for injectors of 450cc or larger since the test tubes will overflow. If this happens I will manually stop the machine at 5 sec and calculate the flow instead of the standard 15sec set time the machine uses. This is not accurate due to me not being able to stop the machine in the exact same place every time.
3: No side feed injectors can be currently serviced.
4: I may not have the required adapters to do a back-flush on all injectors
5: Any problems or limitations with my service will be notified by PM or email, and the appropriate action taken. Price adjustment, partial refund etc....
6: Flow bench test will be done 3 times before and 3 times after service. I calculate the average of the 3 runs to determine flow rating due to variables in the machine, fluid, and fluid temperature.


Pricing:
Full injector service pricing will be $14 per injector + $5.50 return shipping.
Injector cleaning only will be $11 per injector + $5.50 return shipping. **No service parts replaced**
A full set of injectors (4+) will include return shipping at no additional cost.
Full injector service pricing for locals will be $13 per injector
Injector cleaning only price for locals will be $10 per injector

Also an added note: As I make junk yard visits and collect certain desirable injectors, I may offer cleaned and flowed injectors for sale and possibly flow matched sets if I can get enough.

Got a question for everyone.

How desirable are the low impedance RX7 injectors? Is it worth the hassle to run the extra resistor box with them?

I can get a few sets of used ones, and give them a full recondition (clean/flow/seals) for approx $100 shipped.

High imp could be around $120 and 550's could be around $140.

A lot of this depends how cheap I can get the used ones for.

Are there any other injectors that people are interested in?

i beleive more people preferr the PNP high imp. altho you could liably sell them to honda/mitsu guys
