What's the condition of the wheel? in good shape? Glue isn't broken or anything?

The steering wheel is in excellent condition I bought it off of someone on here about three years ago. The only negative thing I can think of is it's missing one of the screws that hold down the front of the wheel as you can see in the second picture. Could also use some armorall. The wheel part has no cracking or peeling.
