GI: miata Link ecu a d harness from my street car

I have a Link from my protege that I hadn't really tbought of selling cuz dunno if it's worth anything. Was thinkin I would hang onto it in case the megasquirt in the replacement car was gonna give me any crap, but assuming it'll do proper boost control, it looks like we can get along. Here s the deal... Old Link with updated chip installed. It's set up for a miata, so you swap out dist for a miata cam angle sensor and miata spllt coil or coil pair and run wasted spark. Wiring harness work already done to talk to said ecu and run sequential injection. Downsides.... I don't see why it would not have survived, but it has been in a carkilling crash. The display keypad doesn't display but that was a problem before they guy hit me. I don't know how much of the harness is intact yet either, though the hit was on the lf corner so engine harness should be OK. Upside is this: sale would include the rc 550 injectors that go with the tune on this ecu box. This tune is the sort of thing that, once you uncork the intake and exhaust, and add intercooler, lets you smoke all 4 tires on dry pavement on any kinf of corner like say a freeway onramp in the first three gears with 8.5:1 comp and pump gas.If there is sufficient interest with large enough dollar signs, I'll go out there and power it up and at least see if it'll talk to the laptop, and take pix. I'm thinkin a package deal of ecu harness injectors map sensor cas airtemp sensor knock sensor HK$ coil should be all you need to drive to dyno and polish the tune to your setup....unless o course you have a gtr engine already in which case it is plug-n-break-gearbox. So tell me what it's worth, if it's enough I'll yard it outta there and post pix in a real fs thread. Otherwise it goes in rallykar spares box.

'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

Sounds cool, and I literally have a twin of your old crunched up car. The hard part about it is it sounds like you have a decent amount of coin into it but how much does one spend on a fairly antiquated system, when pretty modern alternatives can be had on the cheap. I'd be curious to hear how much you want to let it all go for.

That's why I put this up. I haven't any idea what shinynew goes for these days. Whatever that is, this would by defintion have to go for less than that, the proviso being that if that amount is a happy meal and extra fries, I'll just keep it.
Yes there''s nothing keeping this stuff from being used on a fwd car. Just yet more wheelspin, that's all.

I could use this for my GTR set up which I have no computer for yet but I don't have any clue what its worth if you want to pm with what kind of $ number you want for it I wouldn't mind making an offer.

If you're handy, you could get a Megasquirt and some 550s for under $700, just as a reference point.

For a setup already pieced together, antiquated or not, i'd say $300-$400 wouldn't be out of the question.
