The deadline to have your payment in is March 21st if your payment is not in by that day you forfeit your spot on the group buy and will be filled by anyone who has the cash in hand. If by March 21st we have several spots left open then payments will be accepted for an additional 4 days for the people who have money in hand, but did not make the list. It would be pointless to have available slots go empty. If all parties have paid by the deadline the groupbuy will be closed and the money will be sent to Maylasia.

No, that just covers the price of the bumper, shipping to the US and another $10 towards the truck Dave will have to rent to pick the crate up.
