I just sent my payment for the 26 spline.

    Comment

Maybe this was answered in the 19 pages, but is not on the first page: Will the speedo gear go right on? Did the 26 spline example sent have a speedo gear?

Page 1 has a mismatch. I count 6 26 spline payments made, but the count lists 5.

Just to be clear, delivery is estimated at a little over 2 months? So just past the dispute period in PayPal. Is there a possibility a new deposit can be paid before 60 days and the original refunded?

Yes it will be machined properly to fit the speedo gear. As MD323 said all the g series speedo gears are identical.

Good catch on the total count, I marked one under 28 spline by accident... where are all the 28 spline guys?

You would have to talk to Stephen (MFactory) about the deposit thing. The delivery time is estimated at a minimum of 2 months, starting when at least 10 deposits come in. That's a month for the prototype and a month for testing, assuming that no revisions need to be made (and then re-tested). I'm not sure exactly how long final production might take either.

I probably should have asked this before hand, but if we don't get enough paying people together for them to even prototype a LSD, will we get our deposits back since they wouldn't have done any work at that point?

The Mazda Speed Protege diff that I was planning to make custom axles for is not machined for it which is why I asked. I am contemplating selling that and getting one of these. It would save me machining it for the gear and changing axles.

Not with the power I am currently making, but I planned to weld the ring gear to the carrier anyway.

So is it 10 28 spline people and 10 26 spline or a combined 10?

No offense, but I don't really want to wait until April for this...
