    sweet thanks a bunch, I'll look into it. if I was to get custome gears made later like the ones crossoverauto.com offer or par, I could just tell them I want a .717 ratio right?

They have a whole dog box for 8,000 something seams high. they also have the gears themselfs for sale, well not 1st or 2nd. I emailed par once asking them for info. and they never replied.

        not sure why you would get a custom made 5th.... you shouldnt be really boosting in 5th anyway its very small.

          ya i get ya. I am far from building it yet. But I was going for the complete build. even though I wouldn't boost in 5th ( I have heard the horror stories). Wouldn't hurt to have a stonger one (well it will hurt the pocket, but its just money... right?).

            well... its your money... but getting a "stronger" 5th is 100% pointless IMO.

            if you're not beating on it in 5th why does it need to be stronger? the stock 5th in my escort still worked just fine at almost 200k miles.

                        I've got my first racing event of the season in 5 weeks, and a Pro Solo locally in 8 weeks...I need this diff, I don't just want it, I'm not just anxious for it, I NEED IT.

                        But I know things take time, especially great things, thus I'm happy to patiently wait

                        BUT...should Mfactory simultaneously want some testing in a Road Race/AutoCross environment, I do have a spare trans ready to take a diff

                          Chill out guys

                          I said roughly 2 months once the diffs were ready for testing. One month for testing, one month for production.

                          The samples arrived in the middle of January. There was an issue with the mounting bolts, so MFactory made custom ones. I test fitted the diffs, and when the bolts arrived I shipped everything to Dan immediately.

                          He got the parts at the very beginning of Feb. Two months from early Feb is early April. As far as I can tell we are still on schedule if he's testing at the end of this month...

                            WoW. I can't believe you guys are getting so angry. Its deff still on schedule if you read the first posts. and Maybe if people didn't wait so long to get their money over to MFactory then these would have been started A LONG TIME AGO. And maybe we would be starting or finishing production. Also I don't mind waiting for an AWESOME product, thats way cheaper and from what I can tell is probably one if the best. So Calm down, lets all be happy we are lucky enough we jumped on this. I'm excited as anything, now if only I had way more money to finish the rest of the trans.

                              Everything seems on scheduel to me, keep up the progress. Would love to have this sooner than later, but I would rather buy a spare G series and have it rebuilt with the LSD all at once anyways.
