As far as the manifold goes, I want one but I'm such a brokedick that I have to pass . Are you going to make them with equal length runners? Any thoughts in your head on making an intake manifold?
There are numerous people on here, feoa, and RHMT, that have had buisness dealings with me. I can get vouches if need be. This is on the up and up.

Yes, the manifolds will be as close to equal length as you can get with a ramhorn. The number 2 and 3 runners will be like 1.5 inches longer than 1 and 4. Not a big deal though.

This is gonna be an ongoing thing, I'm not just making one batch, so whenever you want one, i'll be here.

I do have some plans on making an intake manifold. I'm trying to find a good deal on an ac/dc tig welder because mine is only dc, so I can't tig weld aluminum. I do have an aluminum spool gun but I would prefer not to even try building a manifold with it, lol.

The first turbo manifold should be completed within a week. Then i'll get some pics up and Pumer is gonna come on here and tell you all what he thinks about the quality of work. Then i'll be officially accepting orders on the manifolds.

I will accept orders for the wire covers now.

im down for a wire cover. i could come down there and assist with things i love playing with metal.

what about a front tie bar? there was one person who made them in the past and i think they dropped off the face of the earth.

will be sending carkrazed funds today for the material for the firts manifold also will be sending him his goodies today and tomrorow the stock bp26 exhaust mani will be sent out to him for stock placement on the turbo as for me i dont care for stock placement atm as long as i can get a t3 or a t3/t4 turbo in their with a internal wastegate

but thats still a little far ahead of me will be runing a vf10 hybrid on the ramhorn manifold untill i can research a little more and aqquire more parts for the t3 upgrade

Have not even thought about that one yet.

Here are some other things I am going to be fabricating in the future.

          Downpipes. Mandrel Bent goodness

Stainless water pump gooseneck. For those that want to fit a 3" downpipe and will be higher flowing than the stocker. I noticed my car running much cooler after I made mine.

Intake manifold. Will accept any throttle body of your choosing. Will have whatever vacuum conections you may want. Straight runners with velocity stacks. D shaped or Round plenum.

Catch Cans. Will be two styles. One for a breather to be vented to the atmosphere and one that can be run back to the turbo intake. Both will have baffles incorporated into them so the majority of the oil with be expelled from the air before exiting can.

These are all items that I will be building for my own car. So, all the bugs will be worked out before anybody even sees them.

More info on these to come fo sho.

i will vouche for carkrazed i have the orginal BP ramhorn he made. I never got around to asking you did you make that BP flange on it? why did 3 of the holes have to be elongated? If you need flanges get them from ETD they offer mild steel 1/2 over weirtechs 3/8 mild IMOP

Yeah, that was like the first manifold I ever made. I cant remember why they were that way, lol. 3/8 is plenty thick enough imo. Thanks though, i'll have to check them out. Maybe they can give me a better price on stainless flanges.

Oh yeah, now I remember. The holes were like that because the flange mated to either a t3 or a t4 hot side.

My new welder just arrived today. Its one of these bad boys.

I spent more on this than both of my current cars put together, lol.
