Once its done, i'll make a jig so I can make more, then once I get a gtx manni, I'll make a jig for that. So, you'll have the option of stock placement or not. I'll make the vj20/t3 flange an option on both. External wastegate will also be an option and you can decide the placement on that too (i.e. 90 to the left, 90 to right, or straight). None of these options will incure a greater price. They will all be 400 for mild head flange, or 480 for stainless head flange.

      Sound good?

      yup

any way a downpipe option can be included

would the downpipe location change when you replace the turbo with one of a different size and same flange?

Downpipes would be a little trickier without having the actual turbo that you are using. All t3 exhaust housings are not equivilent. Ecspecially when the A/R is changed. So, to your answer you question, yes, it would change, maybe a little, maybe alot, depending on the turbo.

I could do three inch downpipes for roughly 200 give or take. I'll have to price all the materials to be sure.

what about a ramhorn in close to the stock location, but with the flange flipped, so the turbo inlet faces the front of the car, and a 3 inch downpipe could be mated right to the exhaust without interfering with the ac, and without having to have the 90 degree bend coming right off the exhaust turbine

i'd be interested in the wire cover. Actually, I'll buy one when/if you make them.
I live my life a quarter pounder at a time. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free. I need FRIES! Two of them. The big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight. You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.

I'm not sure how good that would work out. You'd have to place it far enough ahead so that you could get a 90 on it because if you didnt, it would sit too low for proper oil drainage. Then sitting that far forward, would make it sit really close if not intefere with the radiator even if you use a civic half rad. I'll do some looking to see how it would work out. If your concerned about the down pipe having so many bends in it, top mount is really the way to go. Thats why I did a top mount, so I could have a smooth downpipe.

This is basically being treated like skuce's manifold thread. His build thread and rep on other forums is pretty damn good. I'll still disscuss it with the other mods but me personally I don't see it being a problem.

As far as the manifold goes, I want one but I'm such a brokedick that I have to pass . Are you going to make them with equal length runners? Any thoughts in your head on making an intake manifold?
