Yeah, I understand your sarcasm, keep in mind, I was a customer who bought from the web site, 2-6 week delivery time. I understand your LOL, however, you guys all bought into a design concept, the part I bought was being sold as an inventory item.

BTW my post was at 11:12 AM EDT...MFactory replied @ 11:14 AM EDT...saying they had answered all emails.. it is now 5: 00 PM EDT and I have not heard a thing from MFactory @ my email, home phone or cell phone.

Now lets just let this rest....I will pursue this along other avenues....did I mention my brother is a lawyer?

yes, this has taken longer than it was originaly quoted....but it was being tested so we do not get **** that blows up. i myself am a bit pissed on the time as well but it did not exist last year and i want something to last in the car and not blow up after a week....so i can wait for a good design. too many people on here are bitching about this....if you didnt want to wait then dont buy. pick up one of the other units that have beem for sale. you may not have 700 bucks to throw around but guess what, neither did i...im still paying interest off on the credit card on something i dont have yet. we all paid for a prototype that we dont have yet, so dont expect one until everyone in the line has got theirs. mind you they messed up if they say they have this item in stock when they dont have them made yet, this is not right. sounds like the bulk buy from mx3.com with the turbo kit that flopped beyond hell. as well you probably found out about this unit from this thread so putting 2 and 2 together you should have figured out these are not even produced yet since none of us have one and you should have checked first as well.

Its fair to assume that website orders are not available,based on the fact that those involved in this group buy have been and are still waiting.
These group buy purchases were locked in long before the ability to purchase from the website even existed.I wouldnt panic unless you see
the people at the head of the line starting to waver.
Everyone is getting a little antsy and not without reason as previously stated it is indeed a fair chunk of coin.
Personally i have complete faith in Mfactories intention to follow through and
i put the delay down to the fact that this is a newly engineered product which in reallity we are all lucky to have available to us at a reasonable cost.
Unless you are directly involved in this group buy,please refrain from any negative rhetoric which will have our forum be looked upon as amateur-ish,
and unbusiness-like.

If this was a prototype why did it appear on their web site as an inventory item before the first one had been delivered through this group buy?

I would , however, like to get a reply from the manufacturer.....at some level....I don't want to supersede any of you, I would just like to get a feel for WHEN I can expect MY PART based on when you guys get yours..

I do not see how my questions can in any way shape or form be construed as making this fourm seem un-antyhing. It seems to me that the vendor is the entity that is behaving in an UN way.

That kind of attitude/outlook will not take you far. hopefully you'll take some piece of mind knowing that i've personally recieved one of the prototypes & have it installed into another transmission waiting to go- it is legitimate. I also speak with (Mfactory) several times a week.

there is no want when it comes to the faith of this GB or not. you either do, or you don't. pick or choose.

No one is saying you want to butt in line but rather you should not be so apprehensive about your own deilvery time relative to group buy.
We are for the greater part educated consumers and are quite aware of the risk if any involved upon entering this transaction.
Threatening legal action appears boastfull and perhaps a little premature.
I see that the MFG,s website is offering the LSD as an available item and i cannot fathom why unless they are currently in the final phase and are indeed ready to ship which may be the case .
This thread and its predecessor have had a bit of a struggle cooling anxiousness.No one wants to start that whole ping pong match again.

Please bear in mind that I am in a different timezone from you, so if I don't reply to your "new" email within 5hrs, please accept my sincerest apologies. Your email has been replied to though.

I have kept everyone on this forum up to date, and if/when you ordered from the website, the item was NOT shown as In Stock, it was shown as Back-Order.

Only the past 1-2 days have I updated the status to In Stock, because the LSD's are now in stock, and pricing updated to reflect the price of the included bolts. Again, this was explained/discussed publicly a few pages back on this thread.

The LSD's are ready, and are now being prepared for shipment stateside. It does take a little longer to pack/prepare 50 LSD's for shipment, than it does to just ship out 1 LSD, so please forgive me for taking an extra few days.

There is no "scam" going on here, so I honestly don't know why you are upset. However, again, I will apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced from the delay in shipment and long time to reply to your emails.

Glad to hear they're ready for shipment, my clutch is worrying me ever more, and the racing schedule won't wait for it to fix itself :p

I've got a trans ready to accept the new diff, clutch, synchro's and bearings for a complete re-build are on the way. Considering the tight racing schedule I look forward to doing a nearly back to back comparison with my OPM Clutch Type LSD!!
