Yeah, the shaft play on Dan's car caused them to spew. The final production units will be revised slightly to minimize axle endplay.
The prototypes were built based on the tolerances of two sample diffs, both of which apparently had a bit of "extra" endplay. The amount of play on a stock diff seems to vary quite a bit, from "none" to ~1/8"Escort GTR -- 11.87 @ 117.6 mph -- 320 HP / 325 Ft. Lbs. @ 23 PSI

However, I am not fully satisfied that the end play has been addressed. I would be satisfied if I can get a guarentee that I won't lose fluid, as the tester did. I would like to know what the warranty is like.
