            i just wanted to throw this out there as it may ease the minds of anyone who is still concerned:

            i pulled my black car apart yesterday to remove the Quaife. before i pulled the drivers side axle out i checked how much axial play it had... it looks like the Quaife had just as much play as the original MFactory sample diff.

            I never experienced any abnormal sounds, vibrations, etc with the Quaife in the car. I think the problems Dan had were more related to the installation than to the diff itself (bearing preload was not checked/set, probably set too loose).

                      yeah i have all the tools, and i figure a lot of people don't. plus shops like to charge out the butt for stupid little things like this.

                        Okay guys, LSD's should be coming off the production line sometime next week.

                        So far, we've only received around 50% of the remainder funds due. If you guys could sort this out asap (or at least give me a time frame), that would be great. Thanks
