      The only thing left for escorts to be made in carbon fiber now is the shell, lol! I wonder if anyone will ever try that??? Oh, and interior panels, too. I'd pay a bit for a carbon fiber dash assembly/cover if everything bolts in! (guages, bezels, and so on.)

          It would be through me/Piercemotorsports. I'd need a straight hood (might be better off having me buy an oem aftermarket one---you'd save on the shipping and the hood would be perfect), and then you can have everyone paypal the money to me. We'd take the mold cost, plus ten (or however big the group buy is) hoods and divide by ten. I know the shipping cost is $150 per hood to anywhere in the US and that includes handling/insurance/packaging...If your serious about it and there's enough interest, I'll call and get a cost on having the mold made/price on the hoods.

            well whats a rough estimate on mold + hood i need to get my funds together if ima start this so i could definately get one. just like a ball park range. and would u be buying the oem hood for the mold or would i be??

              I've got a call into them this morning, I'll get pricing info ASAP. You'd split the cost of the OEM hood between everyone in the group buy---
