Its mild steel and socket head bolts. the bolts are not SS and will rust over time. It will match the rest of the exhaust =) you can change them out for SS.

Where does the wastegate mount to? Or will these only fit internal wastegate T3 turbos? The one pictured is a style that requires an external wastegate. Looks to be about a 57 trim Turbonetics T04E.

Yeah that pic was of my setup. I ran an external W/G off my downpipe. You can use this with internal gated turbos but depending on turbo size and style you may need to modify the coolant pipe.
