They haven't responded yet. I emailed twice, once at 7 am, and again at 5:00 pm. Wish it had some digits in the ad... Maybe tomorrow?

Why not just have Jim bend you up a cage? Doesn't get any more legit than that.

I like having back seats and I'm not thrilled about having a cage in a street car.

Matt if you have issues with the resevoir cap let me know...

On another note, I got the lasercut logo's/branding pcs I ordered about 2 weeks too late...I'm going to send one out to everyone who wants one. I'm thinking it can be put on a small plate and riveted to the bar or bonded to an aluminum plate and riveted...something like that anyways. The rear bar will have break in the dimpled holes and we'll stitch it in...

How big is that laser-cut piece? Looks like it would make a sweet keychain...

Jim- don't worry about clearance with the MC cap- I don't want to run the bar yet (having turbo issues that result in oil going EVERYWHERE in the bay), when I swap motors a manual booster will go in. No big deal.

It's 1.5" tall to fit on the 2" plate--I think it's like 3.25" long---it's pretty thin as well---I tryed to wrap it around a tube by hand and almost got it...

Kicked another one out today---lifted it up a bit as well. It's the first time I've put that logo piece on---it's cool looking, but should look even better after painted...

I will require one as well. Those look awesome.

As far as triangulation, I like the idea of the "x" bars coming from each tower to the opposite lower rear seat bracket bolts.
