Thanks Matt, appreciate it! I checked that upper C-pillar area where the captured threads are for the seat belt and it's pretty thick/double walled in there, so I think we'll be fine as far as tearing/wear goes. Looks like we'll be able to get our 5 pretty quick---just a couple more paid and we're good to go, this might be a record!!

can't justify keeping the wagon when I have the ZX2 for a perfect daily and the S13 for a toy- probably gonna toss a stock BP in the wagon and sell it.

itchnertamatoa you should still have the holes in the floor where the seat bolts go. The triangulation doesnt bolt to the seats, it uses the bolt/holes in the floor where they go.

Got it Kaleo---hey guys we've got more than 5 paid now so we're good to go---I'm going to order up the parts from the laser cutter---thanks again for the support and this was super quick!!! I'd like to think we'll have flanges and tabs toward the end of next week/beginning of the following, and then we can start knocking them out. Last time I ended up doing them in stages instead of working on one bar til it was finished---I think overall it went quicker even though it took longer to ship out the first bar---everyone OK with that process---doing all the flanges, then all the dimpled plates, then finally assembling them?
