I worked with Mfactory several years ago to bring the first affordable helical LSD's to market for this platform. Sure the group buy took a few months for testing & R&D changes, but I'm confident that everyone in the end (and since) received a quality product that fit and functioned as intended.Escort GTR -- 11.87 @ 117.6 mph -- 320 HP / 325 Ft. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free. I need FRIES! Two of them. The big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight. You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.

We were entitled to believe that MFactory would follow through on their undertakings.
MFactory specified a lead time of 2 to 3 months following confirmation. MFactory had more than 5 confirmed buyers as at 26 January 2017.
I made my plans around the MFactory offer. Five months down the road MFactory hasn't delivered and refuses to commit to a delivery timeline let alone a provide the customer with a deadline.
What is the problem MFactory?
It seems you have a production prototype so that suggests you will be working to firm planned production timeline.
Just share it...a simple solution really. Put all our minds at rest and we can get on with our build plans.

If you are in manufacturing (or know a little about it), then you know that delays happen all the time. This is why we always give an ETA, but not a 100% confirmed date. The "E" in ETA stands for Estimated
If we gave a confirmed date but was then delayed, customers would be even more annoyed.
2-3 months following confirmation is our lead time, however, you also need to factor R&D time into this, and those who do R&D know that deadlines are anything but concrete.
R&D was completed, production has started, we gave an ETA of end of July. What else do you require?
If it is an apology for this taking longer than initially anticipated, then I sincerely apologise for the delay.MFactory / YCW Engineering (LSD's, Gears, Flywheels, Clutches, Driveshafts, Axles) - www.teammfactory.com

I am in Business. I learnt that maintaining excellent communication with my customers is essential....especially when I am holding a chunk of their coin, paid over on trust, on a promise of a future delivery.

The dampers really should be re-valved if you select different springs. One-size fits all won't be ideal.

The "A" in ETA stands for Arrival. Its the end of July. When do you want the balance of the purchase payment and shipping?

No, it means I will get an update from the engineer next week. We have not added anything to our current production run. Things take time to be made
Look, I understand there has been a long delay and some frustration, and I apologise sincerely for it, but if you understand how custom manufacturing works in Taiwan, you will know it's not as simple as just wanting to make 10 sets of something and poof, it's ready
We are not here to rip anyone off, or not deliver a product. If you do not wish to wait any longer and require a refund, we will happily oblige, as there are around 5 other members who have asked for a set but we declined as we didn't have any sets left from the pre-order allocation
However, if you re-decide to purchase a set in future, it will be at the $1699.95 MSRP and not what you paid in the pre-orderMFactory / YCW Engineering (LSD's, Gears, Flywheels, Clutches, Driveshafts, Axles) - www.teammfactory.com
