the container has arrived at port, and we're just waiting for the usual red tape BS that goes on. Will keep everyone updated on when the shipment clears and delivered to us.

for those wondering about the spring rates, it is no problem to switch as we have all the common rates in stock anyway.

James: How is the rear spring? Does that need adjusting, or is the length ok?

Rear is totally fine and has lots of adjustment on it.

So what about the retainer for the castor plate?

For the orders in the container, I can see about getting the bolt retainers added to each kit. The bolt retainers only cost a few cents each from a hardware store.

For the springs, good to know the rears are fine. For the fronts, if anyone wants the shorter 7" spring (instead of the current 8"), that is fine. I will confirm with everyone before shipping.

As you know I certainly want the shorter springs.

When you say few cents from the hardware store are you taking like a captured washer or star washer for the studs that stick through? Similar to how OEM sometimes hold on brake rotors/drums?

300# springs (~5.5K), 1" front sway bar, hoosier SM7's:

How much additional Castor angle did you build into the top mount, not counting the actual castor plate?

Did you end up going with steel or aluminum for our lower spindle brackets? Looks like steel to me, just curious.

As far as the slotted top hole on these brackets, how should the bracket be installed to equate to the position of the factory round hole?

- Spindle pushed in (max neg camber)
- Spindle pulled out (min neg camber)
- Somewhere in the middle?

They are steel.

That lower hole is your preference. I personally found that I like have it all the way out, and then add the camber in as needed at the plate. All the way in sometimes caused axle bind issues.

Any news? Most of the containers I import for work clear & deliver in 7-10 days, so we should be relatively close. That's port of NY though, not sure what it's like in CA.

Hey guys,

sorry late reply. Just got off a long haul flight to the UK, and typing with my eyes half open just now! lol

good news is the shipment has cleared, all duties/fees paid for, and just waiting for the transport company to deliver the pallets to us. With luck, all kits should be ready to ship out next week.

I'll be sending everyone an email over the weekend regarding their coilovers/springs/payment. Just need to get rid of this jet lag first
