Sounds like inflated shipping price. There was an interplay second gen bumper on ebay a while back; it had free shipping and was 330 dollars. I bet the shipping is 55 over what it should be.

he's missing the most important piece "the relay" that alone goes for $150 if you get lucky and find one.
