If he uploaded that pic to our site then you can display it.
Once you upload something to a publically viewed forum like this, you wave your right to it. Yeah you can ask that it be removed, and try deleting it yourself, but since the forums were started by Dave, he technically has the right to do what he wants with whatever is uploaded here.... and the mods act in his best interest since he cant be everywhere.Comment
