If you value your Ebay account, then I wouldn't suggest it, it'll get you kicked off Ebay, the only way you can "warn" other members is by using the Feedback section and obviously you need to make a purchase to leave feedback. I also sent him a message saying it won't fit a 323 hatch, but no response yet.

I believe you're right Bob. There's one on Autotrader online just south of the Canadian border.

In Europe, what we call a first gen protege, they call a 323 sedan. However, I honestly doubt disturbedfan knows this, and even if he did, he's selling it in the United States.

Didn't mean to start a debate here guys.

luckily paypal man-handled him for me and he gave the money back :D

There's got to be a way around this. It's been so long since I opened my ebay account that I don't remember the details. Can one just open an ebay account without having to give personal info? That way you can open a b.s. account just to warn people about a potential scammer and then just close the account or let them close it should the person you warn be a jerk and tell ebay you contacted them. That's annoying about ebay. I once saw something for sale that I also owned. I watched the listing until it ended and then put mine for sale. I contacted all the people who lost the bidding letting them know of my item for sale. I started the pricing at about what the others were willing to pay. One of the mongoloids reported me to ebay saying he considered that to be spam. Ebay just sent a warning because I'm reputable and figured I didn't know. I really didn't know. Imagine, calling spam something that you're interested in bidding on and within the amount you were willing to pay. Ignorants abound.
