91 protege SOHC for parts

Pulled the head and found a NASTY crack in number 2 chamber. About 3 inches long. Don't want stick the money in it so the car is up for sale. Make an offer. New rear tires, new clutch, fair front tires, good body, interior filthy, 215000 miles, 5 spd., 1.8 L. The girl who owned it B4 me hit a deer, so the hood and RF fender have been replaced and "rattle canned". Grille is broken. It seemed to run OK when I drove it into my garage with the exception of the huge cloud of white smoke!!
