1990 Mazda Protege AWD Turbo GTX conversion, fully built

Hello,

This is a one of a kind car, and your chance to buy a car that has tens of thousands invested in it for a fraction of the price. We are asking 9999$ obo, open to all offers on this car we want to sell! (or trade for impreza)

We built this car to be used as a Recce car for our professional Rally Race Team (recce cars are used to drive the course at a slow speed, and see the road before the race)

This car has way to much in it to list, but i will attempt to put it all down. As of now this car runs and drives great, the engine has a very conservative tune on it, this car has tons of power potential but we did not need all the horsepower, and its always safest to tune conservatively on a turbo car when it may be shipped to another location.

Engine specs

Mazda 1.8 BP Engine (Miata Motor), This started as a JDM protege GTX engine, and we had it completely rebuilt and forged throughout,

Engine has less then 5000 miles on it since complete rebuild:

Wiseco forged pistons
Carrillo forged rods
ACL Race bearings
Forged Crank
ARP Studs throughpout
ATI Damper pulley kit
Deatschwerks 600cc injectors
New head aftermarket valvesprings
Every seal, gasket, oring was replaced with new,

Engine management:
Megasquirt ECU with megaview, (megaview is a screen we have mounted in the guage cluster, that gives real time information on all aspects of the management system, timing afr etc)
Innovate LC-1 wideband 02 sensor

Transmission :
JDM protege GTX all wheel drive trans, we had this shipped from japan, and is a much stronger unit then what came in these cars in the USA
Clutchmasters stage 4 race clutch


Suspension:
Fully adjustable, remote reservoir Hot Bits rally suspension on all four corners, this is no BS rally stuff, the real deal

Wheel:
Team Dynamics pro race 1.2
Kumho tires, like new
spare tire and wheel are matches to the 4 on the car

Body:
Complete JDM front end conversion, and rear spoiler
Customer grey metallic paint

Interior:

Complete customer leather interior
Leather wrapped dash
Customer headliner
Full Roll Cage (this is the real deal, made by our rally team crew chief, not a cheap look alike)
custom race seats, front and rear
custom race Schroth race harnesses front and rear
