Sorry about the loss. Take a look at the fairbanks alaska craigslist. Someone is selling an auto 4wd at a non-fanboy price, $1200. Plus there should be no rust since they don't salt up there.
As far as valuation goes, you'd want to take it to a custom fab shop and have them write up what they would charge to make a stock pro into what you have (including buying everything; no swapping of parts). Un. Real. I'm supposed to call the other guys' ins. co and then find a bodyshop. They think it's repairable. I find this amusing. I spect I am still in the market for another awd pro as a donor, I can't imagine a bodyshop recommending any other move.
