The later (OBDII) engines have a different wiring harness and require a different OEM connector - so it would not be a direct plug and play with our unit for now.

Coil pack support is going to be added such that in can be run with the 92-95 OBDI harness - so it would be external to the OEM engine harness. Building a unit for the OBDII cars requires a different OEM ECU connector.

oh ok that works. I know you say these are for off road use, but would anyone actually know if it were being used? Im assuming a map can be tuned to be very environmentally friendly for emissions purposes.

This of course depends on your tune and what your local emissions standards are. For example, my car was calibrated to pass my local yearly emissions test. However, we don't sell a solution that emissions certified out of the box and we must make that clear in the product description.

Hey Lex my old kf69 ecu in my euro-spec 323 2.0 (KF-DE) V6 is blown away yesterday... since iam thinking about megasquirt my KF for a while i google'd a bit today and found this thread... as said in another german forum the wireing of the kf and k8 should be the same... did the Stratified k8 pnp ms will work on the kf too? perhaps with a bit finetune on the fuelmap? and the most important question: can it be shipped to germany in a week ?

                        greetings from berlin

Hey and thanks for the question. It is much easier to contact me from our site in the future: http://www.stratifiedauto.com/index.php

It takes up to 7 days to build the unit and then another 1+ week to ship to Europe unfortunately so it will not be in your hands in 1 week. In terms of compatibility, I can't say for certain since we do not have this vehicle here to test on. However if the K8 (and KLDE and KLZE) for that matter have identical wiring then it will work. The K8 and KL engines from 92-95 have identical wiring.
