    WTB 88-92 probe/mx6/626 rear knuckles

Prefer disc but will take a drum setup. Need the whole thing, Knuckle, hub/rotor/drum, brackets, caliper, etc. Unbolt the strut, brake line, trailing arm, and lateral links then I want the rest. Found a few online partouts but can't get anyone to seriously come through with a sale. I don't have the "required post count" on other forums so please spread the word if you do, will pay a small finders fee for your time upon transaction completion.

BTW still looking for interplay bumper.

    Thanks

Kane. when you do find the rear knuckle assemblies. could you do me a favor. take a few snap shots of them. I'd like to go over some options in my head. If your willing id also like to see what the rear wheel bearing system is like. pics of that would be phenomenal

I found a 91 626 in the junkyard once. It was a drum brake car but it was also from up north. The long bolt holding the trailing arms on the knuckle would not break free at all, so I gave up and left it there. I did however pull the hub off and take it to a 92 Protege a couple rows over. It was too big to fit the Pro's spindle. Got home pulled a bunch of part numbers and catalogs then ran them in the master bearing catalog a friend of mine has. The rear hub and disk are one piece, same for the drums. Wheel studs and bearings press into this one assembly. The OD of the probe/mx6/626 bearing is smaller than the BG but the ID is larger. I've got some ideas to make this a slip on rotor setup but need something to work with first. The reason I want disks, is that they would be easier to machine on a lathe.

ryan, there's a 4 wheel disk 90 Probe in London I can take some pics if you'd like. Mainstream, if you weren't in the US I would offer to grab them for you since they're reasonable, but shipping would killlllll you lol

all you have to do is shave down the hub to to fit the protege/323 strut. its that simple.

Oh I know. I had a Mitsubishi 12Valve Sirius DASH head shipped to me from Australia. Shipping was more than the actual part cost, but we didn't get that engine in the US and I've got two of them assembled from parts.

Still need these. Outage is almost over so I'll have time to start reassembling my car.

Made a trip to the junkyard and got a set of drum brake spindles, would rather have the disk brake ones but this will do for now.

                      Still no bumper.
