WTB 323 manual seat belts

I'm looking for a set of front manual seat belts for my 91 323 in black. I just need the mechanism and possibly a clip in black as well if you have it. Thanks!
BTW, does anybody know if they ever sold the plastic door trim in black here in the US, or are they all tan?
