is it really overheating or is the gauge just saying it's getting hot? my gauge was all kinda buggered up. i just swapped the coolant temp sensor and the sender and everything works perfect now!Comment

so... before I can work on the protege I'm going to have to help my dad fix his truck. That gives me time to build up money for parts though.

Whoah, lucky with the pickup! My buddy's got a '95 ranger tha the just towed his '77 Porsche 924 from VA to WI with a couple weeks ago.. The clutch is about done, and he needed new brakes and stuff when he got back.
My vote is to put the 4L v6 in that sucker!
