Okay. Yeah, remove swaybars. Swaybars work by lifting a wheel; you go into a corner, the suspension compresses on the outside corner, and the swaybar forces the inside corner upwards, keeping the body flat. This is fine on tarmac when you're trying to not corner on the sidewalls. But on dirt, traction is far more important than bodyroll. When the surface is uneven the last thing you need is for a bump on one side of the car to raise your other wheel...I bet you gain half a dozen positions with that one mod.
Stock injectors? Yeah. 15psi should be safe assuming you've got a handle on getting more than stock fuel. I used to run 15 with 17 psi spikes on my bpt gtx with stock injectors, vj20, and an FCON. Took overall stage wins with it, too..

Miata diff fits, dunno about it being a drop in fit though. The viscous LSD's aren't all that great, but prolly better than a stock open diff.
Your strut inserts are fine, but maybe you're running too much spring. I think I've got about 250 in front and 185 in back, but then again that thing's got at least 3" more suspension travel than stock. But if you have themthere cool rally golf bilstein inserts, they are up to the task, and might work better with less spring rate.
Engine oil? Redline. Trans/diff? Torco RGO 85w140, or a mix of redline MTL and heavy shockproof. You should see pretty much the same oilpressure and engine temps on a rallycross as you do going down the freeway. If oilpressure is less than 20 at idle you're about to have a problem, and it better be at at least 40 when you're thrashing it. Stick a bottle of redline water wetter in the radiator, and that should be all you need. My GTX had a totally stock cooling setup, right down to the fan, and the radiator was totally hidden behind a freaking huge saab 9000 intercooler, and it never overheated, even on long , like 20 mile long, stages.

All right no sway bars, softer springs, 15 psi with a brand new head gasket and some water wetter. I'll wire to a switch 2 12'' fans just to be sure.

Thnaks everyone!!! I'll keep you updated on my next results!

The 1.6l miata diff alone will work but u will still need to use the pro shell/casing and pro ring gear. So expect to drill the rivits out of the miata diff and find the correct size ARP bolts to attach the protege ring gear.

The stock bpt 360cc injectors are at 100%duty cycle around 17-18lbs boost however without better fuel management the ecu is limited to about 14-15lbs of boost

Pull the sawybars off first, before swapping out springs. If the wheels are still spending time off the ground, then it'll be time to soften the springs.

You shoulda used the method we did when I picked up the protege. It still had swaybars on it front and back. You're right, the back one comes off easy. The front one looked at me and said "go ahead, make my day" and I said "This is SPARTA" and Sawzalled that beyotch right the hell outta there...

Same for me, i tryied for a couple of hours to torque, pry lift unbolt everything then at 10pm got mad became green and cut the son of a bitch at both ends and in the middle, took me 10 minutes and an exhaust gasket, but it's off! Then by the time my co-pilot took to put back the 3 exhaust bolts on I had the rear one out.
