      yep AWD is atx only.

if you're wanting KL AWD then you'd need to make up an adapter plate for another trans (suggest toyota)

toyota trans is too narrow, you have to modify the BP oil pan even to use use it.

you could try an E153 out of a RAV4, they have a little more clearance on the rear transfer

what about possibly swapping bells? I'm not too sure what the auto AWD trans looks like, maybe if you could score a case and make something happen with a gTX trans?

Thanks for the info I was misinformed on the transmission being atx only... I am by no means diving into this project anytime soon. Can’t even get my new paint and FWD turbo setup done in a timely manner. School sucks… This seemed like one of the more feasible options in no way worth it in an auto.. There has to be a handful a AWD Kl’s out there. Who knows if the F40 trans works out I may still go that route…

^^^^^^I thought about that also... I will be trying to get ahold of the Auto AWD somtime in the near future..

AWD capellas were only available auto. Some guys over here took a GTX tranny and adapted the KL bellhousing on it. It requires some welding but apparently, it fits well. Never seen it in person though.

Honnestly though, if you are to have a turbo KL, might as well get a real tranny...
