Opt. Batts. are only like $100.00-120.00 they are mot that much when you think of how much longer they will last compaired to a $30.00 Batt. And they look nice so your engine bay will be dressed up. The performace is much better with them. Because you can leave your lights on and not worry about your car not starting. They are not that much money for all the plus points they come with!!Comment

I plan to get an optima as well, my wallyworld batt keeps resetting my electronics, but I can deal with that.
Good buy no matter what, but just not a necessity imo
