      These speakers obviously can't be put into the doors. They would rattle them to death. So the mid's from hell is kick pods , some high quality tweeters above them. A ported 8 inch A series woofer in the back . What else could you need?

                    Of course anything CAN fit.

                    I was thinking along the lines of mounting depth and height. It looks like you will need a pretty thick 5x7 to 6.5 adapter to make the mounting depth right. After that it might be hitting the door panel.

                    I guess somebody will just have to buy some and try it. Maybe it will be me

                      my money is on you'd have to mount them to the actual door panel, not the metal door. and that would take a bit of reinforcing
