^^^ there we go, that's what we needed you'll need an amp stable to 1 ohm that puts out 900 watts rms at 1 ohm and don't waste the money on the 9500 subs they are all marketing and as hard as they try to compare them to W7's, they don't stack up to **** next to W7's, let alone a brahma or a XXX or A-series from ED:p: IMO they are oversized, overpriced paper weights for the money they want, you can do sooooooooo much better look at this:

on paper the 9500's look great, but in comps, they still don't compare
now on to the business of an amp. how much do you have to spend? you'll get a few different suggestions for what will fit your budget and needs do you already have 4 guage power wire run for the amp? if not, you'll need it.

somewhere between 100 and 200 it all depends on the specifics of the box, the subs, the amps, the power feeding the amps, etc. i could get three good 12's into the high 150's pretty easily, in a stock or slighly modified application. in an extreme app, i'd venture to say 160's

i don't have a '96 protege, so i don't know the specifics on the trunk. i really suggest selling all 3 of the 6000's now, and getting one good sub. they xmax on those isn't even 10 mm, so all 3 would add up to one brahma, or A-series from ED, and the XXX from RE would smoke them plus with just one sub, you'd need a much smaller box. according to MTX you'd need at least 6 cu ft for the subs one of the others would only need about 1.5 cu ft the XXX is $369, the brahma is $379, and the A12 is $295, and needs less power, so it'd be a very good choice

depending on if you can find a sucker, over $200, possibly over $250
