yep, you're screwed unless you go buy the exact same HU from another store, swap them out, and return it but you didn't hear that from me, that's illegal. the upside of e-bay is lower cost, the downside, well you just figured it out.

yea haha. i dunno though. i'll find a solution. it def. sounds like a wire problem though. i just dont see how it could be a wire if i hit it and it's normal. confusing stuff. thanks though.
