aftermarket cd player install in a protege

ok i have the deck all wired up everything works

but how in the world do you mount it in a 1990-1994? protege

casue usually the radio jsut slides into liek a escort dash and holds itself

well the protege has 2 brackets that screw into the dash, but they dont fit on the aftermarket radio...so waht did you guys do?

You need to get a dash kit and then you have to modify it to fit.
It took me a while to get mine the right way

damn, lol i shouldnt have changed out my center consol with the protege one then, jsut wire the deck up slide it in and your good to go

yeah. It maybe be different because it's in an escort though. The internals and stull may be different. Do you still have all the AC stuff in the dash?

no i dont have hvac controls at all

and i got it to work/fit perfect with the stock brackets, thanks though!
