the kicker is a 12" not sure the watts tho....
the alpines are 6.5" 2way 30wat rms 130 peak

The Comp VR is a really good sub. I have one of the newer 10" models, and I have been VERY pleased with it. (mine is a 4 ohm DVC) It waaaaaaaaaaaay out hits the 2 12" sony's I had, but that prolly isn't a very fair comparison.

no kidding there!
i read that it can only handle 400watts max but yet the guy who gave it to me had 2 of them on a 1200watt amp (same 1 i have) at 2ohms.......

Not bad stuff at all. Alpine's old speakers have great midrange in their speakers. I was going to get the 6X9s for added midbass, but like my system with the front speakers alone that I didn't bother with rear speakers.
