Green Wire - RPM Signal
Gray Wire - Throttle Signal
Brown Wire - Ground
Black Wire - Ground
Yellow Wire - Air Flow Signal Output

The Red Wire on the S-AFC harness can go to 1B which is a power wire.
If you don't have the service manual this is how the connecters are arranged:
Plug 1 is closer to the firewall while plug 2 is closer to the center console.

Yes it is.......if you only want to read 1/4 of the actual rpm.
The ignition system uses two diffrent blue/yellow wires. One is the negative coil/tach wire and the one going to the computer is the Cam Position Sensor wire. If you use that one you'd have to set the afc to a "1 cylinder" to get the tach to work right.
