does anybody know if the lower control of the mx3 are different between a 4cyl or v6. i have been looking for them but dont specified what model mx3 came off

same LCA's, but there was a year change where the design was altered you want the earlier model MX3 LCA's

are you sure the rs had the wider track like the gs has? every rs ive seen seems to have a skinnier track/stance to it.Maybe its just the gs rims that make up the difference

just a quick question

i'll be doing my v6 swap soon enough
but the V6 MX3/Eunos Presso in NZ is expensive
but the 4cly MX3 are cheap as chips and so are BG 323's

do mx3 both have the same subframes on v6 & 4cly? so i can swap im into a 323? or is it just the v6 ones that are wider?
i understand there is can axle binding problems if i dont swap them over from a mx3?

^ the LCA's are the only wider part from the mx3. if you swap just the LCA's into your BG you'll have a slightly wider track as the BG subframe itself is a hair wider then the mx3 one.

Hit the wreckers & just grab the swap parts needed, it'll wind up significantly cheaper then sourcing a whole V6 car
