Stock GTR Injectors, Ya, I havn't figured this one out yet? Thanks for the compliments, It has a long way to go before it is half as nice as some of the cars on this forum, but I like it. I really like festiva's.
Anyone here running megasquirt? Thinking of buying the system this week. I'll be looking for info on how to wire the megasquirt, and what peremiters to put in to get it started.http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/708975

I'm surprised you got the GTR to fire off the stock festiva pump, my GTR would only crank but wouldn't fire on the stock pump, then when I put the 255 ltr/hr in it fired right up. As far as it not firing, have you checked the fuel filter by any chance? It may be clogged and not supplying enough or not any fuel to the engine. Also, try swapping the fuel pressure regulator out for a n/a BP regulator, when I did my swap, my car ran super rich to the point that it would stall out. I replaced the regulator with one from a n/a BP and it ran fine after that. It could just be that the vaccum controlled diaphram inside the regulator went bad.1991 Mazda 323 GTR Sedan

That's for the GTX harness, but it shouldn't be that different.

for gtr engines. the wiring is very tricky. most people run standalones for best results. you'd want to do that anyway to get the most out of it. and no i am not referring to megasquirt or whatever they call it. invest in a microtech Lt/ltx-8 or ltx-10 standalone. they are very easy to wire up and you can order them with a base gt-r map. you can have it wired up and running in half a day. then all you'll do is drive to your nearest tuning. shop. i don't think your problem is mechanical. i'm fairly certain your wiring up of the engine is incorrect.
Edit:
i don't know what the post above referred to coilpacks as being one of the differences but just like hondas and dsm's the gtr uses resistor packs to run the injectors without that the injectors aren't firing.

I'm having the same problem with my BPT (GTX) Festiva.
I wired everything up like my BP car and the BPT won't start. I have 50 or so psi fuel pressure when cranking, I'm using the B6T fuel pump from a 323gt. Pulled an injector wire off and hooked up a test light and it was firing. All 4 plugs have spark. When I pull the plugs I cannot smell any fuel and the plugs are dry. I've tried the BPT and a BP ECU same results. I'm thinking injectors. I have a set of injectors on another BP engine in the garage, I may try them to see if it's the problem.
It will fire and run a few seconds when I squirt starting fluid in then dies when it runs out.
I have no idea how long this engine sat prior to me getting it, could have been years.
HELP!
