    Other options?

It seems that we've talked about a V-6 swap into the 323/Proteges a lot.
Just kicking tires here but are the any other engine that would fit into the engine bay? Maybe other 4 cylinder engine perhaps? Somone once told me I should bulid a 2.0 & install it. I didn't know that it would even fit. Any thoughts or ideas on this?

    Got Zoom?

Any number of things that'll fit, what'll bolt up to the trans, or what engine/trans combo will fit, and how much cutting and fabbing ore the questions to ask. 1.8 can get stroked to 2l easy, flyinmiata sells a 4k kit.
'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

a built 2.0 wouldnt be able to put out more then a stock internal KL. lol. def not worth it.

swap a F2T into a pro. now that would be a sweet swap.

well if you want to go the KL route. i have a full drop out. if it is 98 or older protege it will fit. take a measuring tape from shock tower to shock tower then from firewall to corp support. the protege and an mx3 are same exact measurements. and KL fits perfect in an mx3.
