Update:
With the holiday in there I didn't get much time to work on it, but I did manage to get most of the harness routed.
The 2 red and white wires you see off to the side are for my EBC and the other few slung over the intake mani and for my igniter. I had the coils and igniter mounted, but my new (to me) GTX IC piping hit it, so now I have to remount them. I'm still not sure where I'm going to put them. With that all I think I have left to do is run all the powers to the fuel block, run the power to the fuel pump, mount the relays, and find a good ignition switched power source.
And yes I am going to loom the harness. I'm just going to make sure the car runs 1st.
BUT...I have a few questions again.
Where is the best place to tap in to a ignition switched power?
And am I missing anything?
