he tapped the throttle, he wasnt holding it down. i told him to try that cause sometimes it helps my car start if its being weird...

umm well on the map where it was trying to start and kicking over and dying repeatedly etc... -40 to80F was 10 then 9,8,7,6 but the MAP sensor was unplugged...
-40-20,0 are 7.0
20 is 5.8
40 is 5.2
60 is 4.7
80 is 4.3
100 is 4.0
130 is 3.5
160 is 2.5
those are the settings Jon put together for me with req. fuel at 8.6
i think all teh bad fuel and junk in the tank has made its way to the lines. i still have to check pressure but i pulled the rail with plugs and cranked the car and hardly anything was coming out.. def. less then i was getting b4 and def. not enough to start it.
so im going to check the pressure and mayb replace the filter and any lines i can get to. mayb have the injectors service or try and find a set of bigger ones and just replace them...

if you want to upgrade go for some rx7 460's from an 89-91 non turbo

because i might be putting a small turbo low boost setup on the 4wd, i wont need any bigger than GTX injectors cause i'll run a gtx computer. let me know.

the 89-91 ones are, and they even have the same electrical plug. prior to 89 they switched around like 5 times between high and low impedance and different style plugs.Escort GTR -- 11.87 @ 117.6 mph -- 320 HP / 325 Ft. Lbs. @ 23 PSI

ok well i still havent been able to check the actual fuel pressure but i hooked up a hose to the out side of the pump and turned the key to on.. it took a few cycles but i was able to get a trickle of fuel out..
is it possible that theres just a lol of air in the lines or sumthing?
i checked the filter too and its clean i can still blow threw it real easy and there was a lil bit of fuel in there. no fuel came out when i pulled the line off the top of the filter so theres no fuel getting to my rail which is why the injectors dont have any thing to spray..
as soon as i have a 2nd pair of hands im goin to check if we can get fuel to come out of the filter when turning the key..
is it possible thatthe fuel pump is clogged? i have the filter thing on the bottom of it but idk im confused now...

yea its an oem style strainer.. i got the pump and stuff from treperformance almost 2 years ago now...
wow that really puts a time table on how long ive been seriously contemplating this swap lol
im going to check the wiring on it and everything but yea idk it will be a bit b4 i come up wiht another 80bux for a pump..
