You might take a look at this post for ignition part. As for the fuel MAP and AFR target, start with 14.5 anywhere lower 100kpa, then for boost, build an AFR of 11.5, than derease it down. That way it's safe for your engine.
At idle, if you run a turbo setup, you want a rich idle to help cooling down the turbine of the turbo by droping the combustion temperature. So try to get a 12.5:1 from 500 to 1000rpm. Than, you can lean it out as low as 16:1 for fuel economy. If you try to pass an emission test you will fail due to high level of NOX. As an advice you should first tune 15:1 till 75kpa, after you can start to enrich to 14.7 till 100kpa, than from 100 to 170 (approx. 10psi), 12-12.5:1 and higher than that, go for 11.5:1.
