How much advance/retard?

Hello.

I have adjustable cam gears on my mazda, so if you guys know anything about giving how much timing advance/retard I should for an N/A car, please let me know. Also, I wonder which amount of ignition advance is best, any help would be appriciated.

I have
ATD stage 2 camshafts(256 intake 252 exhaust)
OBX-R cam gears
Megasquirt V2.2
MSD ford edis 4.

just go 1 degree at a time and see what works best.
