    which wideband for ms2

I don't know anything about wideband sensors, other than what I've googled. I've heard some are worse than others, budget is around 200 bucks, so what should I get? I'd like a digital readout in blue if possible, but if there's better for cheaper I'm all for it.

That's the one everyone has problems with, I have enough problems I don't need another 200$ mistake! From what I've been reading its about 50/50 wether it works right or not.

What about these aem eugos? Are they compatible and does this kit have everything I need to go with megasquirt to get my car started? Minus turbo parts...any other suggestions?

getting the settings dialed in on the MS for the aem's takes alittle longer than the innovate, i like my mtx-l, no issues at all

I'm running a PLX wideband, it works perfect with the MS and has a nice gauge (SM-AFR I think is the code for the gauge I have)

lc1 innovate here .. no issues

if you follow the installation instructions to the letter you wont have issues . after reading some of the complaints on the forums i would like to see some of the installs that claim crappy results

^ yea I don't doubt that's part of alot of issues, but at the same time there's just so many negative reviews I think I'll just leave well enough alone.

the plx so far is winning IMO

Oh man, that Gen 2 gauge is awesome, I want to get one now. I have the older version, it's just got an LED readout in the middle... this one can datalog now?? awesome! And only $200 to boot. One of the things that sold me on it originally is it's smart calibration deal - you don't need to periodically pull the sensor and run it in open air to recalibrate it

                      MTX-L FTW.

The LC1 is an old dinosaur and there's no reason to buy it anymore because the MTX-L exists.

The AEM sucks to use with Megasquirt.

If you don't want an MTX-L for whatever reason, look at the Zeitronix ZT-2 or ZT-3, PLX M300, NGK AFX (probably the most accurate of the bunch), or SLC PurePlus2.

I've had 0 issues with my MTX-L. But that PLX looks pretty sweet. Deff considering that when I decide to upgrade.

Refresh rate is on the far low end of the market, and the calibration doesn't play too nice with the MS. Often display won't give you the same reading that it's outputting to MS, either. Likes to read sometimes a half-point different. If you can, i'd sell it to a Honda owner or something and get the MTX-L.

                              What about this then:

Since I will be running the stock ECU before I go MS, the car will be running the stock 4 wire for ECU input, and adding a second bung to the exhaust for the AEM only using it for tuning the airflow meter.

Any reason this cant be done with the MS?
