Knock controller and MS

I have a MS3 without msX, DIY unit.
The documentation stats that a knock sensor can be used, not directly, but through a controller.
My 94 1.6l BHA has a Mitzi knock control unit.


I’ve searched the forums but I can’t find any info on using the knock controller with the MS.

Any thoughts?
