          would a 30x5x2 cause much lag?
          or is a 30x7x3 a better idea?

          I would think that it is too small, but I am not too sure.
          The T3 BP MX-3 conversion has begun, and is taking forever & will kill me.

            I would never get a intercooler that is thinner than 3". Are you talking about 30" from tip to tip or just a core? you don't need a core that is 30" wide. I would get something between 20-24" wide(core), at least 6" tall and at least 3" thick.

              why 3" thick?

              the thicker it is... the harder it is for air to flow through it...

              unless u know something i dont..

                but in the same respect it makes for more surface area to cool more air. Both have vaild arguements.

                  thats why i prefer a taller intercooler with alot of rows... but only 2.25-2.5" thick or so.
