    Airflow/Hesistation/VAF problem

    Ok here is goes,

While I am driving and not under boost (like 2000-3000 while justing with low throttle) all of a sudden my AFL (airflow) on my SAFCII shoots to 100% or trys to and the only way to get it undone is to tap the throttle, sometime having to push it to the ground, or just push the clutch in and take all the load off the engine.

I am thinking it is the BP VAF and that is going out. Can anyone confirm this at all or help me? Besides running a little rich so far this is the only problem I have left and this makes my driving suck cause it makes the car look like I just droped the clutch or something.

Vaf is before the turbo like how it is on a BPT.

Def. could be the VAF, you might open her up and take a look. Check to see any hot spots on the PC board, etc. Make sure none of the pines are loose. Maybe try another VAF if you have one.

Ok put the RX7 VAF on. I have the spring set so it is harder/leaner but the car still has the airflow issues. It shoots up to 100% and pretty much kills the car. Doesn't do it as much but it still does. I made sure the VAF is level and maybe I will try tightening the spring some more. It seemed to help a little bit. And my SAFC is still pretty rich so that is helping it to tune a bit.
