stock 2.5 probe clutch for turbo set up???

hey, i heard from someone that the probe 2.5 clutch will bolt up to my 93 EGT BP. and i know the 2.5 clutch can handle more power than my stock gt.

so the question is, would a 2.5 clutch hold up to a 5-10psi daily driver? or maybe even a heavy duty probe clutch?

i just think i'd be cheaper than going with an extreme escort clutch.

    thanks

pressure plate dont work....might as well jsut get a esort/ protege clutch. The probe clutch is just larger. A oem probe clutch slipped a bit when my firend had his ZE i nhis mx3, but it had some age on it.

like i said.... do what i did
        get a V6 disc & a protege' pressure plate.
my setup uses a ACT street organic disc and a SPEC pressure plate. works very well.

            ditto

plate and disk work, the throwout bearing is a different question though. Mine didn't work, had to go with a oem one. Still trying to figure out whether act sent me the wrong one, or its just a different part.

throw out bearing works too. they probably sent you the wrong thing. that's a possibility. but a complete kit for the probe mx6 v6 works.

well act has identical throwout bearing part numbers listed on their kits for mazda and protege. advanceautoparts, however, has 2 different p/n for them.
